The villa is fully air-conditioned and filled with natural light through its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Marble floors, refined interiors, and carefully selected furnishings create a sophisticated atmosphere throughout the property. At the heart of the villa, a private 13-meter swimming pool sits within a tropical garden, while the rooftop terrace with a private massage pavilion adds an elevated space for relaxation. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, rain shower, Heveya Natural Organic Latex Mattress, pillow menu, and 100% bamboo organic bed sheets to support a restful stay. Villa Paletu is not a self-service villa—guests can simply ask the staff for assistance, from daily villa service and breakfast setup to chef arrangements, afternoon tea, floating breakfast, or special requests.

The living and dining areas are open, bright, and elegant, with direct access to the pool and garden. The living room features a large Sony Smart TV with the latest technology, while the marble dining table comfortably seats up to six guests. The full European kitchen is designed with top and bottom cabinets, marble countertops, microwave, refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher and a high-end DeLonghi coffee machine. A small indoor garden under the staircase adds a soft natural detail to the heart of the villa.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Paletu features three spacious en-suite bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy, complete with Heveya Natural Organic Latex Mattress, pillow menu, and 100% bamboo organic bed sheets for a premium sleep experience. The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and garden, a king-size bed, and its own 45-inch TV. The two Guest Bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and elevated views over the rice fields. Every room also comes with an iron and ironing board, while the bathrooms include rain showers, generous space, and a spa-inspired atmosphere that supports the villa’s ultra premium character.

The 13-meter private swimming pool is one of Villa Paletu’s main highlights.
